Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute trade marketing strategy for the group to lead the branding and revenue growth in every individual hospital
- Be responsible for top line growth & profitability of portfolio with set budgets objectives
- Work with senior management and hospital COOs/ Trade Marketing Managers to identify growth opportunities and new area of business or new trade channels for revenue growth
- Be responsible for building and enhancing a high momentum environment both group and every individual hospital by leading, inspiring and motivating sales teams. Staff training and coaching. Sales training roadmap and program
- Be responsible for building and maintaining strong strategic relationship with partners for cobranding, events and trade activities for revenue growth and branding increase
Key performance indicators:
- Sales revenue
- Sales growth, market share and brand awareness
- Alignment to strategic business goals
Reporting to Groups Sales & Marketing Director
Key requirements:
- Bachelor degree as minimum
- Previous experiences in healthcare or health insurance is preferred, but not essential
- Experiences in trade marketing or marketing with strong digital experiences
- At least 5 years experiences at management level
